🙌🏼🍳😋I grew up eating longanisa, but this breakfast sandwich version? Game changer. Toasted pandesal, crispy sweet and savory sausage, creamy avocado, spicy banana ketchup mayo, and that bright orange yolk from a happyegg- simple, messy, and ridiculously good.

Here’s how I make it:
🥚 1 Happy Egg, fried
🍖 Filipino longganisa, cooked until caramelized
🍞 Pandesal, toasted in butter
🥑 Sliced creamy avocado
🌶️ Spicy mayo = banana ketchup + sriracha + mayo (just mix to taste)

Stack it all up and get ready for that yolk drip. I’ve made this three times this week and I’m not even sorry. Save it for your next breakfast craving.
