Finally got my hands on badbutterchicago - weekly orders drop Mondays (subscribe if you want a chance), and pickups are only Friday–Sunday at the theemilyhotel in the West Loop. Flaky Cruffins, cream-filled Kouign Amanns, Ube Canele , Chicago dog pastry and a Mango Sticky Rice Danish I haven’t stopped thinking about. It’s definitely worth the hype!
