Ingredients:
* 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
* 1 small head of savoy cabbage, thinly sliced
* 2 medium carrots, peeled and diced
* 2 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
* 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
* 1 tablespoon caraway seeds
* 4 cups chicken broth
* 1 package of Nongshim Noodle Soup (any flavor)
* Salt and pepper to taste
* Fresh parsley and dill for garnish
* Olive oil
Instructions:
1. Brown chicken breasts in olive oil, then set aside.
2. Sauté carrots, potatoes, and cabbage until softened.
3. Add diced tomatoes, caraway seeds, and chicken broth. Simmer.
4. Add Nongshim Noodle Soup packet and noodles to the soup.
5. Shred chicken and add to the soup along.
6. Season with salt and pepper, simmer briefly.
7. Garnish with parsley and dill before serving. Enjoy!
