These are my Asian inspired sweet chili ribs. Slow baked until tender, then broiled for that perfect sticky finish. The sauce is a sweet, spicy mix of chili garlic, soy, and sesame that soaks into every bite. It’s the kind of recipe that feels like a weekend project but is secretly super easy. Serve with rice, a crisp slaw, or just eat them straight off the pan.

Asian-Inspired Sweet Chili Ribs
Ingredients:
* 2–3 lbs pork baby back ribs
* ½ cup sweet chili sauce
* 2 tbsp garlic chili sauce
* 2 tbsp soy sauce
* 1 tsp garlic powder
* 1 tbsp sesame oil
* 1 tsp fish sauce

Preheat your oven to 285°F.
In a bowl, whisk together the sweet chili sauce, garlic chili sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, sesame oil, and fish sauce.
Pat the ribs dry and place them on a foil-lined baking sheet. Coat both sides with the sauce, reserving a few tablespoons for later.
Wrap the ribs tightly in foil and bake for 2½ hours.
Remove the foil, brush the ribs with the reserved sauce, and broil for 5 minutes until the top is sticky and caramelized.
Let the ribs rest for a few minutes, then slice and serve. Optional: top with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
