Mini Beef Pot Pies Recipe

Ingredients:
1 lb beef stew meat, cut into small pieces
1 cup diced carrots
1 cup diced potatoes
1/2 cup diced onion
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp Orrington Farms® Beef Flavored Broth Base With Other Natural Flavor
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 cup water
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 can (16 oz) premade biscuit dough

Instructions:
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add beef, season with garlic powder and black pepper, and cook until browned.
Stir in carrots, potatoes, and onion. Cook for 5-7 minutes, or until vegetables start to soften. Add butter and let it melt into the mixture.
Sprinkle flour over the vegetables and stir to coat evenly. Add tomato paste and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Gradually add water, stirring as you go, then stir in Orrington Farms® Beef Flavored Broth Base until dissolved.
Reduce heat to very low, cover, and let the mixture simmer for 1 hour, or until the beef is tender. Stir occasionally.
Preheat the oven to 375°F. Flatten each biscuit dough round and place into a greased muffin tin to form a cup.
Spoon the beef mixture into each biscuit cup. Fold any excess dough over the top if desired.
Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until biscuits are golden brown.
Cool slightly, serve warm, and enjoy!
