Inspired by senior members early in his career, Mat was keen to pay it forward. He put his hand up to support the North-West Metro Peer Support Program when it launched late last year.⁣
⁣
Working with Ace has its advantages, especially when it comes to breaking the ice with new people.⁣

“When you walk in with a dog, you instantly get the attention which helps break the ice. Usually people ask his name and if they can give him a pat, and the conversation flow from there.”⁣
