What an amazing suite of events, panels, workouts, galas, and connecting both planned and surprised with incredible souls all committed to helping others thrive and live our best lives. Watching year after year the conversation evolve and deepen on mental health provides so much hope… but we still have a long way to go. 

💚⚡️Know that your darkest night doesn’t define you, that there are MILLIONS of people just like you, and that each passing day with a little play, lots of support and the strength of our communities we can start to truly change the narrative and outcomea for many in how we as a society tackle OUR mental health and wellbeing.
