✨BTS: a day in my life as a onepeloton instructor ✨

Most days are pretty busy but this one was up there as of late! Wanted to share a bit more behind the scenes of what it’s like and the many hats/ many outfit changes/ energy shifts that happen throughout the day with an on-camera job. Even on the crazy days, so greatful for what I get to do— and then I really love a REST day to recoup and keep that energy flowing. 

Here’s to the hard workers, those who are putting in the hours, and showing up. I  in awe of my teammates with kids and families on top of this and have no idea how they do it! But then again, making time and honoring yourself and your own limits in the process is key too. Gotta love having HELP and support. 

⚡️What are your best ways to manage a very busy day?? A key for me is getting solid nutrition & time for my body and mind to shut off even for a few moments and get grounded/present. ⚡️
