As the holidays kick off and the joy of decorating settles in I want to politely remind you…

✨be KIND— through insane parking lot traffic, long lines, stressed workers etc. 

✨be EMPATHETIC- for many, this time of year can strike up deep emotional feelings of loss, longing, loneliness as for many there will be empty chairs at tables. This is the season of giving—- give your love and your heart to those who need a little extra support this year

✨be of SERVICE- if you can count your blessings you can count the ways you can turn around and help others. SHARE your time, your abundance, your presence with those in need. For many the best gift in life is being seen and reminded that you too, matter. Commit to at least a few days of service to those in need ❤️

✨ be PRESENT- if one thing is certain, time flies and it’s never promised. Take time for your mental health and your heart to be connected to those you love. Phones/ social media < MEMORIES and true CONNECTION
