🥂 no-drink November! 🥂✨

⚡️CHALLENGE: From Nov 4th to the end of the month (Dec 1) I am committing to no alcoholic beverages and will be exploring the world of mocktails and NA-alternatives!

✨WHY? Candidly because I’m kinda over it. I’ve noticed even a lil bit of alcohol effects my sleep, throws off my gut biome, and the killer…totally increases my anxiety and depletes my appetite! 

⚡️THE PURPOSE: There’s so much 😱 stigma 😱 about choosing not to drink (“oh you must have a problem”, “but how will you have fun and be social?”, “your life will be boring without it…” etc.) and I want to dismantle those silly perspectives and do a little experiment to see how I feel with 28 days of no alcohol! 

⚡️THE GOAL: as someone currently studying nutrition and always looking for information on protecting and optimizing our brain function I want to take this time to experiment on the body I know best, my OWN, and see how opting for non-alcoholic alternatives effects different 

I’ll be sharing mocktail recipes, honest reviews, and self check-ins with you all both here and on Tik Tok!
