⚡️ COTG: stepping into POWER ⚡️⚡️

With our life changing/ roles switching, environments anew— confidence and power can be daunting with yet another life transition. Here’s a few points to remember: 
⚡️ KNOW YOUR VALUES: what are they, is it respect, is it honesty even in tough convo, is it clarity, is it direct communication? 

⚡️ WHAT ARE YOUR Non-negotiables? what CANT you allow? Last minute changes, duality in speech, indecisiveness, ambivalence, people-pleasing, 

⚡️STAND YOUR GROUND: you are valid in your convictions. Having an opinion means you stand by it. Doesn’t mean you aren’t available to accruing information that will expand your perspective but you are steadfast until other information is presented. 

⚡️GROWTH MINDSET/ YOU ARE ALLOWED TO CHANGE YOUR MIND: a by-product of growth mindset. The concept of completion and attainment is false. As human beings we MUST be open to gotten and possibility and to be that way we must be open to the idea we could ALWAYS learn more. 

⚡️ ALWAYS ACT INTENTIONALLY: from your context, adding to what you’ve learned, act BOLDLY with your “why” at the forefront. Remove the censorship being palatable/ pleasing and stay open to growth; that’s where that hyper-evolution takes place. It’s a mix of deep conviction and true humility when contrary information is presented. You aren’t here to be just fixed you are here to grow. The balance may be challenging and many might not see the finesse and balance of both but again it’s about self-evolution not self-promotion. Act from growth, receive the abundance.
