⚡️🦋 mentally I’m here…🦋⚡️

Have you found yourself saying that lately? The cold, the cacophony of how 2022 has opened, continual waiting game/uncertainty of what’s next etc. 

Something I am committing to working on is leveraging times like these to reframe the experience as an opportunity to build a different kind of muscle: mental travel. 

Imagination gets a bad wrap.Often wrongly accused of being “head in the clouds” or “it’s just a defensive mechanism, come back to reality” but that mental trip is truly the first step in MANIFESTING which is simply taking the imaginary and committing to an action to bring that closer to your actual reality. 

Your brain can be filled with friendly thoughts and supporters or angry little assholes that try to protect our egos so much that we are too paralyzed to grow. 

This week’s challenge: IMAGINE. Your favorite place, who you are with, what you are doing, what it feels/smells/tastes like and in those few minutes allow yourself to be swept away. The coolest part, when you come “back” take one tiny action toward how that made you feel and take back the narrative. 

If you need a little extra support, take today’s 30 min EDM ride where there is a moment for us to let our minds go there…watch what happens to that energy and output once you take that chance to imagine. ✨⚡️🦋
