…if you are working out and wearing a Peloton shirt then just saying you are FAIR game for me to say something. 🤣

Notice that whenever I travel away from my Peloton setup at home the maternal/ nosy instinct to help someone from across the gym when I KNOW they are moving in a way that isn’t aligned with their intent is very real! 

But then again why is it not ok to offer to help someone if there is an opportunity for it? 🤔 

Food for thought: if someone was doing something that wasn’t helping their goals, would you offer to step in and support? 

Of course it’s all about approach but for me I personally want to see more people leaning into to supporting others than opting out in the fear of offending someone. ⚡️No more apathy in 2022. ⚡️Who’s in with me? #abundancemindset #reels #notmycircusnotmymonkeys
