🤘🤣 maybe overdid it on the horns but today’s classes called for it! 🤘✨ 

I can’t help it!! Today’s playlists got me extra hype! 

30 min Rock with 90’s grunge vibes and then followed up for a 20 min Metal Ride that had some spooky energy! 

Know that modification is not a knock to the ego but honoring what our bodies are capable and willing to do that day. I modify too depending on my recovery and there is no shame in that game. 

So if you have a little extra rage, a Moon in Aries (like me), or just wanna get the blood pumping 🩸, this is for you!
