I’m backkkk!! And to put it lightly after an insane week of adventure and crushing 20+ miles, 7k elevation with a 33 lb pack... I’m TRAINED for this 30 Min Metal Ride LIVE tomorrow at 5 pm EST!

I needed the time with those I love to reconnect to what’s most essential and I have to say adding time in nature, being both in awe and humbled by its power...well the level up is real.
