Hope you all enjoyed the 20 min Holiday Ride! I so deeply love the holidays; tradition, lights, music, coming together in gratitude. Granted, this year is different than any other. Today we honored the empty chairs that may be at our tables this year. Whether due to pandemic, mental health, or a multitude of other reasons it’s important to honor the experience of missing those we lost. But never forget this: while we may have empty chairs, we NEVER have empty hearts. Keep their spirit alive, keep YOUR spirit alive and stay in the fight— not only for you but also for the future you will create.
