During Sunday’s 15-minute qualifying session, Garcia posted a best lap of 1:48.077 (118.582 mph) around the 3.56-mile Daytona International Speedway road course to slot into the top-five in the GT Daytona (GTD PRO) class and 12th among all GTD entries for the opening round of imsa_racing's WeatherTech SportsCar Championship.
