Two big buzzwords are dominating the K-pop scene right now: virtual and co-ed.

And right on cue, the editor’s algorithm served up news of a comeback from a group that embodies both—BRAZY (junky_cream)!

As the first-ever co-ed group in the virtual scene, BRAZY actually set the trend for mixed groups even before ALLDAY PROJECT, debuting back in February. 

What makes them even more intriguing is their concept—a narrative journey that fuses two completely different worlds.

DANTÉ is a rapper known for dark, straightforward storytelling, built on experimental hip-hop that explores the boundaries between reality and virtuality, as well as contradictions within the self. His track “PARADOX” gained major attention, surpassing 1 million views on its music video.

In contrast, OCEAN is an emotive, lyrical vocalist. This clash of styles—paired with the “virtual” and “co-ed” identities—is sure to keep fans hooked.

Already well-established in global subculture circles spanning animation, hip-hop, and experimental music, the two are now teaming up for BRAZY’s first full-length album, “Venom Moon”, dropping September 7.

The title track “Venom Moon” features Grammy Award–winning producer David Yungin Kim (davidyunginkim), bringing together K-pop, hip-hop, and even indie illustrated animation in a groundbreaking genre fusion.

Performance and choreography are by JONGIN YUN (dancersammy), known for his work with BTS, with California-based producer JIN also joining the creative team.

Fans can also look forward to a title track collab with Korean hip-hop heavyweight Loopy (thisloop) and a documentary diving deeper into the members’ stories.
