i tweeted this 5 years ago but i still felt like the message still stands 💗 i am sending so much love to everyone that will have to deal with toxic family members this weekend. i send love and hold space for everyone who has to spend the holidays alone because they don’t have family. you deserve so much more than that, and i hope you believe that one day (if you don’t already).

will prob make a separate post about this, but also thinking of everyone with an eating disorder that will have a tough time. 💗

just because it’s the holiday season does NOT mean it’s a bright and merry time for everyone. pls be kind.
