Today I’m talking about the dreaded weight gain in middle age despite the fact that I’m going to the gym twice a week, cut my portions in half, cut out dessert, and for the first time in my life, I am actively trying to eat less, and more whole foods.

Introducing hemp seeds into my diet. 

Soaking up the sun and vitamin D on my spite bench.
