Enriched with lime, sugar and mint – not to mention silky-smooth Absolut Elyx vodka – this cocktail’s crisp and clean taste makes it a perfect brunch companion.

→ Ingredients 

Ice cubes
40ml Absolut Elyx vodka
20ml lime juice
15ml sugar syrup
10 mint leaves
75ml Perrier-Jouët champagne

Garnish: Mint sprigs

→ How to make it 

1. Add all ingredients (except the champagne) to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.

2. Shake well!

3. Strain into a chilled copper balloon (or large wine glass) filled with ice.

4. Top with champagne.

5. Garnish and serve ✨
