Most people don’t even think about building wealth until they’re 30, but imagine if you started when you were still in diapers.

1. Pay your kid a reasonable income by putting them on payroll.
2. Have that income go straight into a Roth IRA (tax-free growth for life).
3. Open a 529 college plan that can roll into the Roth if they don’t use it.
4. Set up a life insurance policy that they’ll own when they’re older.
