Sunday breakfast. French toast with homemade whipped cream. 
 
For the custard:
4 egg yolks
1 cup whole milk
½ cup heavy cream
¼ cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp Maple Bourbon rub
 
For the whipped cream:
1 cup heavy cream
¼ cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
 
These are so easy to make and come out delicious. Easy work on the webergrills Slate griddle.
