Another Goffs UK Doncaster Premier Yearling Sale in the books, led by Tally-Ho Stud’s dominant display of 24 yearlings sold for a combined £1,743,000 which included the £150,000 day two-session topping colt by Mehmas.

Despite the catalogue being down 77 horses on last year, playing into the drop in turnover by 5 % to £14,297,000, the clearance rate remained stronger than ever with a 3% bump to 86%. The average rose by 9% (£43,194) and the median by 17% (£35,000).

Topped by a £190,000 Minzaal filly, other top lots included a £180,000 Havana Grey filly, a £180,000 Showcasing colt, a £175,000 Blue Point filly and a £150,000 Dark Angel filly.
