A year ago, we walked into our very first #TomFerrySummit not knowing a single person. 

Fast forward to this week we’ve built friendships, referral partnerships, and even hosted our own Luxury Mastermind and Compass Agent Mastermind this Summit. 

The difference? Intentional networking and showing up consistently.

The real magic of Summit isn’t just the motivation from stage, it’s the conversations in the hallways, over lunch, and in the masterminds. 

It’s hearing how other top agents are running their businesses, learning from their playbooks, and finding ways to implement new ideas at home.

What starts as a quick introduction can turn into a collaboration, a referral partner across the country, or a friend who truly understands the journey.

This week was a reminder that our businesses grow as our relationships grow. The strategies are important but the people are everything.
