CUCUMBER BEE’S KNEES 💚
◦2 oz Empress 1908 Cucumber Lemon Gin
◦¾ oz Honey Syrup
◦¾ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
◦Cucumber Slices
◦Cucumber Peel, to garnish

METHOD: In a cocktail shaker, combine gin, honey syrup (equal parts honey and water), freshly squeezed lemon juice and cucumber slices. Add ice and shake well. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with a cucumber peel. Enjoy!
