PINEAPPLE COCONUT GIN CRUSH 🍍
• 1 oz Empress 1908 Indigo Gin
• 3 oz Coconut Water
• 2 oz Pineapple Juice
• ½ oz Lime Juice
• 1-2 tsp Coconut Syrup
• 1 oz Blue Curaçao
• Toasted Coconut and Honey, for rim
• Pineapple Slice, to garnish

METHOD: Rim a glass with honey and toasted coconut. Set aside. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake for 30 seconds. Strain over pebble ice and garnish with a pineapple slice. Enjoy!
