CUCUMBER BASIL GIMLET 💚
◦ 2 oz Empress 1908 Cucumber Lemon Gin
◦ ¼ Cucumber, diced and peeled
◦ 3 Basil Leaves
◦ 1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
◦ 1 oz Simple Syrup
◦ Cucumber Slice & Basil Leaves, to garnish

METHOD: Start by muddling cucumber, lime juice, and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker to release as much juice from the cucumber as possible. Add basil leaves and gently press. Pour in gin and fill the shaker with ice. Double strain using a fine mesh strainer into a coupe glass and garnish. Enjoy!
