## Caption

Enjoyed our final date night of 2022 @bellotadenver! Their a-la-carte menu makes it an easy place to share dishes, which we loved! 

We started with the salsa & chips and the Queso Fundido as well as their new seasonal cocktail, The Wanderer. For dinner we feasted on the Chile Braised Short Rib (new to the menu) and the Enchiladas de Pollo and ended with the Churros and Arroz Con Leche!
