## Caption

I love coaching and helping people within the fitness, nutrition and mindset space. I believe this stemmed from not being able to help or save my younger sister Kerstin. 

I know that I couldn’t save her from the accident but I hope I can have an impact on others by helping them with their training, their nutrition and their mindset.
