⛳️ Nach den British Masters war für mich schon am Freitag Schluss – verpasstes Wochenede, früher Heimflug. 

Sonntag stand dann eine Reset-Einheit auf dem Plan. Motto: „Win-Move-Lose-Stay“ 

👉 Ziel war nicht Score oder Ergebnis, sondern Commitment & Prozess.
War der Schlag so, wie ich ihn mir vorgestellt habe → Move on 
Gab es noch Luft nach oben → Stay, Parameter verändern und nochmal ausführen, bis es passt. 

Diese Art von Training hilft mir, schnell wieder ins Vertrauen zu kommen und meinen Fokus klar auf den nächsten Schlag zu legen.

⛳️ At the British Masters my week ended already on Friday – missed weekend, early flight home.
On Sunday it was time for a reset session.
Motto: “Win-Move-Lose-Stay”

👉 The goal wasn’t score or outcome, but commitment & process.
If the shot matched my intention → Move on
If there was room for improvement → Stay, adjust parameters and go again until it feels right.

This type of training helps me regain trust quickly and keep my focus clearly on the next shot.
