The Belgian tricolore shone bright again this weekend 🖤💛❤️ Catch the Weekend Wrap-Up below!

1️⃣ Justin Verboomen and stallion Zonik Plus took 🥇 at the European Dressage Championships in both the Olympic GP Freestyle and the GP Special, giving Belgium a 4th place and taking Belgium’s first-ever international medals in dressage. On top, Verboomen climbs straight to world number 1. 🐎

2️⃣The Brabançonne rang once again in Istanbul, 🇹🇷, as Jolien Vermeylen claimed the title of Europe’s best in the Olympic distance triathlon. 🏊‍♀️🚴‍♀️🏃‍♀️

3️⃣ Heartbreak at the Volleyball World Championships, where the Yellow Tigers roared with everything they had to reach a historical quarterfinal. After winning a set vs. Olympic champion Italy 🇮🇹, they fell just short (10-15) in a five-set thriller against world #3 Poland 🇵🇱.🏐

4️⃣ Back to Belgium, where the GP Stephex Masters fired up Brussels this weekend. Jumping rider Grégory Wathelet came 1’ short to victory on home soil🥈. 🐎

5️⃣ Same Brussels, different format. Belgium’s jumping team, fresh off their European title, powered to an impressive 2nd place in the Nations Cup. 🐎

6️⃣ Jasper Philipsen striked again! He sprinted to his 2nd stage victory at LaVuelta, bringing his tally to 15 Grand Tour wins. 🚴‍♂️

7️⃣ The 🐂 of Lescheret roared in France 🇫🇷. Arnaud De Lie outsprinted everyone and took the victory at the Bretagne Classic. 🚴‍♂️
