I used to believe growth had to happen alone.
That if I just pushed hard enough, stayed quiet, carried my pain by myself… I’d come out stronger.

But strength doesn’t come from isolation.
It comes from release. From letting the tears fall. From opening up. From connection.

Every yoga training reminds me of this.
The space we create together isn’t just for learning poses. It’s for:
❤️‍🩹healing
🐣breaking open
🤿discovering what lies underneath the surface

It’s in that space that I find my own strength, too. When you trust me with your growth:
with your fears, your goals, your heart…
you also give me the courage to keep growing.

We lift each other up.
We learn from one another.
We carry each other through the hard work.

Through vulnerability, through connection,
through the courage to share ourselves,
we find a deeper strength. We see ourselves in each other. We remember that even if the path is personal, we never walk it alone.

I once thought growth meant standing on my own. Now I know: real growth happens together 🫶
