Kinda. Sorta. Basically? My face is in the lobby.

It’s day five of my training in Thailand. Which as I myself would say, as an entrepreneur, it’s prime time to promote this experience. But I haven’t posted a thing 😂 

Every time, I open a training, I say “You’ve arrived”. It’s not just about landing here. It’s about landing IN here 🛬Letting yourself be where you are in your practice right now and in the movement, with messy hair and a water bottle’s that’s basically an extension of your arm. So present that it’s a feeling you want to bottle up for later. 

This year, I’m living that concept fully. I arrived and stayed. The shala is full of people who’ve grown with us over time at yogawithaligned 
🌀 Alumni came back as assistants or to drop in & practice.. and how they’vre grown
🌀 Online students are practicing with me IRL 
🌀 I designed our first-ever branded gifts that everyone is actually using
🌀Everyone’s drinking the lavender matcha I came up with amatararesort 

What we do as yoga teachers is special. In a world where everything feels a little harder, trainings reminds us why this path matters. When you’re held up by community, and the reminder that who you are right now will shape who you want to be.

Students are everywhere I look, and my  heart is poured into every detail. It’s home.
