And yes! It’s in Thailand. It’s immersive. It’s the kind of experience that pulls you out of your routine so you can fully focus on your practice—without distractions, without rushing, without the noise of daily life.

But also… it’s a training 🫶

Because as beautiful as a getaway sounds, as a yoga teacher who’s been doing this for over 20 years, I know that a break isn’t enough. I don’t just want to give you time away from life—I want to give you something that starts before you arrive, stays with you long after you leave, and actually transforms your practice.
