What a weekend! It’s been too long since we’ve been able to gather like this, so it filled my heart to see so many familiar faces and meet many more at fitnesswellnessexpo.hk. The venue was buzzing with energy (especially with hyroxhk happening at the other side of the hall), I just wish I had more time to check out all the other teachers and classes⚡️

To everyone who joined Beats & Flow - thank you so much for sharing your energy and laughter with caiuschung and I! Music and yoga really are two of my favorite things in the world, and I’m grateful to have had to opportunity to share both together in one experience.

A big shout out to hybridgroupasia for organizing this event and everything you do for the city’s fitness & wellness community. Thank you for allowing me to share my love for yoga on the iris.hkg stage for my 8th year in a row (as long as I’ve been teaching) ❤️

Looking forward to many more events like this to come!
