While everyone was enjoying a 4-day weekend away from work, I had the busiest weekend I’ve had in a long time teaching back to back classes in the heat (so rewarding and fun, but still 🥵 #yogateacherlife, amirite?) Thankfully these CBD-infused power balls from noshmeals arrived just in time to help me unwind and sleep better to recover between the long days.
