As the city resumes normal programming, I’m definitely feeling things in my mind and body as a result of switching back from living in our own (new) time. I find that being out on the water and the sound of the ocean always helps bring me back to homebase. Going upside down helps too :) What’s your favorite way to find grounding when you’re overwhelmed?
