T H I S  is how I feel to finally be back in studios teaching face-to-face again after six weeks of teaching through a screen! As gyms and studios reopen here in Hong Kong tomorrow (after 18 days of no locally transmitted infections! 🎉), I’ll be resuming my normal teaching schedule at shan.studios and topfit starting on Monday - check my story highlight for class times & details. Hope to see you *in person* soon!

I’ve also decided to keep *two* online classes on the schedule so I can continue to connect with those of you who’ve been practicing with me across the world 🌎 Tune in with me live on Tuesdays 5:30pm HKT (11:30am CEST) & Wednesdays 9pm HKT (3pm CEST / 9am EDT) for Zoom yoga flows from my home to yours!
