## Caption

It’s taken me a while to come around to offering livestream yoga classes (mostly due to a crippling fear of putting myself on camera ..yes, still), but it’s finally happening. With the government-mandated closures of fitness studios and the ban of gatherings of 4 or more people, it’s clear that I won’t be able to teach physical classes for a while ☹️ So while I can’t give hugs or feel-good adjustments over video, we can still flow, sweat, and laugh together through our screens. At least now I can reach those of you who can’t normally practice with me in person right from the comfort of your own home, so there’s some good to come out of this :) I hope these classes offer you some relief and sanity through these tough times, I know it’ll definitely help to lift my spirits to see some of your faces ❤️

While I’d love to offer these classes for free, they will be donation-based with a suggested minimum of HK$100/US$12 to FPS/PayMe/PayPal (jessicapwlee@gmail.com). It’s not a lot, but it will mean so much to me to have your support until studios open back up. I *do* have plans to create shorter, informative content for FREE though, so please let me know if there’s anything yoga or movement-related you’d like to know more about.
