Mistakes are just plot twists 🤭 
I couldn’t explain why—because I didn’t know why! 

We’ve all had those moments—teaching with confidence until someone asks a question we can’t answer 🫨That happened to me, and it became the plot twist I didn’t see coming, transforming me into a better teacher. 

I realized that knowing the “why” behind what we teach is crucial. If it hadn’t been for that mistake, I wouldn’t know now that elevating the shoulder blades leads to a straighter, more stable handstand, while drawing them down suits deeper backbends.

➡️ The important lesson here is that it’s not enough to simply repeat what we’ve learned: we need to understand it. This understanding allows us to serve our students better.
