I was 15 when I found yoga by chance. I had been a pop star in Asia for a few years and I was in the middle of a travel show I was hosting, and I got to take a yoga class 💫⁠

Two weeks before that yoga class, I had been in the hospital because of my ongoing battle with bulimia and anorexia. ⁠
⁠
During my first ever Savasana I remember having an epiphany thinking “I need to do better things for myself! I have my whole life ahead of me and I can’t keep living my life like this” Amidst all the chaos I was going through, it was clear to me, that I had found something special ✨⁠

In that first yoga experience, I ended up feeling more connected with my mind and body in a way I hadn’t before. For the first time in a while, I felt free. And it changed my life. ⁠
