I teach people how to be in their bodies and how to relax. And the funny thing is- I don’t do it. 

I’m always taking care of someone else. And not necessarily taking care of myself.

So I hope, just like I’m doing now, you find the space, and the time to focus and surrender. Surrender to relaxing. 

And I hope that you make a point to do it more often. I know I am 🙏
