The real questions:
• What's your team size? 
• What are your actual expenses? 
• How much are you saving? 
• What's your exit strategy?

But here's where most of us mess up: Instead of raising prices as we get BETTER, we just take on MORE work at the SAME rates. 🤦‍♀️

Plot twist: The grocery store doesn't give you a loyalty discount. Why are you giving your long-term clients one? 

Real talk: As you master your craft, your prices should reflect that mastery. Don't scale by working more hours—scale by charging what you're actually worth. 📈

Your homework: Look at your oldest client. Are you charging them what you'd charge a NEW client today? If not, it's time for that conversation.
