Stop chasing shiny objects and START protecting your money maker. 💰

Here's the creator trap we all fall into: "I'll do short-form AND long-form AND podcasts AND..." STOP. 🛑

Rule #1: Buy back your time on whatever's ALREADY making you money. Get that system bulletproof first. 

Rule #2: Don't add new "products" (yes, content formats are products!) until your main one is ON AUTOPILOT.

I see creators burning out trying to be everywhere at once, then losing the ONE thing that was actually working. 🔥

For me? Long-form is locked UP. ✅ I film, my team handles the rest, money comes in. THAT had to be figured out before I could play around with short-form content.

Your reality check: What's your ONE thing that pays the bills? Is it systemized? Can you step away and it still works? If not, that's job #1. 

Everything else is just expensive hobbies until you prove otherwise. 📈
