On Friday, our flagship Manhattan studios came alive as Trainee Program returners reunited and welcomed the new Year Ones. It was the perfect beginning to a year filled with growth, artistry, and community.

Together, they kicked off Orientation with Health & Wellness workshops designed to support their bodies, minds, and artistry throughout the year. From learning tools for injury prevention to building habits that nurture both strength and resilience, these sessions set the foundation for a sustainable and empowered training journey.

This year’s Health & Wellness workshops were led by David Songco, Founder of New Insights @newinsightstraining, Licensed Psychologist and Director of Psychological Services, who will return several times throughout the year to lead Performance Psychology Workshops for students in Years 1–4. Workshops were also guided by Dr. Chad Woodard @askdrchad of Symbio PT @symbiophysio. Dr. Chad and his team: Dr. Emrul, Dr. Joey, and Jackie will provide on-site support for our students throughout the year.

A special thank you to our Director of Health & Wellness, Karla Beltchenko, for starting our Trainee orientation with wellness. It reminds us that taking care of ourselves is just as important as the time we spend in the studio. Here’s to a year of growth; healthy, grounded, and ready to dance.
