Rally in the Valley - 5th overall 🔝✋🏼

IE1: 4HR AMLAP - 7 laps - 23.02 miles - 3rd 
IE2: Shallow Grave - 75 reps - 9th 
IE3: Hinge Pin - 8,030lbs - 23rd 
IE4: Under Fire - 5:15 - 4th 
IE5: Bob & Weave - 10:24 - 6th
Top 8 Finale: Icarus - 20:23 - 2nd 

Coming back to Rally this year was a no-brainer. Rally is one of a kind. Going into the weekend I knew the lineup was stacked and even more competitive than last year. Getting in to the Top 8 was going to be a dog fight and I'd need to put together a complete weekend. I'm very proud of my effort and performance across the six events. 

What a sick f*cking event. We touched on almost every component in the competitive fitness space. This years programming had less surprises than last year with a larger focus on pure fitness, athleticism, & adaptability. 

I could write an absurd amount about the rallywestvirginia competition experience, atmosphere, and community. It's why I came back and will continue to come back year after year.
