We’ve all been there, you haven’t posted in a while and you know that you should but you try to come up with an idea in the morning, film, edit and post the exact same day which leads to the post likely not happening.

This is the number 1 problem that I see. It’s not that you don’t know what you’re doing or you don’t know what you want to create, it’s just simply a lack of planning and a lack of strategy. 

Taking a day to plan out your content for the week will save you time and energy throughout the week. Don’t stress yourself out, just plan ahead.
