Homemade cinnamon roll snowflake ❄️✨ The perfect serve-yourself breakfast for Christmas morning—festive, stunning, and much easier to make than it looks! Inspired by sarahtreed 🎄#ChristmasMorning #cinnamonrollrecipe #HolidayBaking #homemadecinnamonroll

Dough:
1 ½ cups warm whole milk (110°F)
4 ½ tsp instant yeast
½ cup granulated sugar
2 eggs + 2 egg yolks (room temp)
½ cup melted salted butter
6 cups bread flour (or all-purpose)
1 ½ tsp salt

Filling:
1 ⅓ cups brown sugar
3 tbsp cinnamon
½ cup softened butter

Frosting:
4 oz cream cheese (softened)
3 tbsp butter (softened)
¾ cup powdered sugar
½ tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Optional: 1 tsp powdered sugar for dusting

Directions (Stand Mixer):
1. Combine warm milk and yeast in the mixer bowl. Add sugar, eggs, yolks, and butter. Mix until combined. Gradually add flour and salt until dough forms.
2.!Attach the dough hook and knead on medium for 8 minutes. Dough should form a slightly sticky ball. Cover bowl tightly and let rise in a warm spot for 1–2 hours until doubled.

Directions (Bread Machine):
1. Add dough ingredients to the machine and use the “dough” setting. Let it knead and rise (about 1.5 hours).

Assembling the Snowflake:
1. Divide risen dough into three balls: small, medium, and large. Roll each into a circle.
2. On parchment, layer largest dough circle with half the butter and cinnamon sugar mix. Repeat with medium circle and remaining filling. Top with the smallest circle.
3. Preheat oven to 350°F. Place a 2-inch guide (like a cookie cutter) in the center. Cut dough into 16 even sections. Twist each pair away from each other and pinch the ends. If you need help, watch the video again for a visual cue!
4. Bake for 20 minutes, rotate the pan, and bake 5–10 more until golden. Cover edges with foil if browning too fast.

Frost & Serve:
1. Mix frosting ingredients until smooth. Let snowflake cool 5–10 minutes before frosting. Dust with powdered sugar for a festive finish. Enjoy warm!
