my apple cider margarita is the best drink for gamedays or fall gatherings 🍎🍁 

Ingredients 
1.5 oz tequila or mezcal
.5 oz grand marinier 
3 oz spiced apple cider 
1/4 lime or lemon, juiced 
Spiced apple (or plain) flavored sparkling water 
— I love Waterloo and Spindrift 
optional: 1 tsp maple syrup 

Instructions 
1. Place all ingredients (except for the sparkling water) in a shaker filled with ice. 
2. Shake 30 seconds to combine. 
3. Pour into cinnamon sugar rimmed glasses and top with sparkling water. I garnished with a fresh pear but a fresh apple, a cinnamon stick or a star or anise is great too!
